When trying to establish a new fitness routine it is important to be consistent. Studies have shown that it takes between 21-66 days to form new habits so committing to a month long program is a great place to start.
These programs are perfect for beginners as they are sequenced to exercise your entire body each month without overworking any one area. Daily videos range from 15-45 minutes, with most approximately 30 mins.
