This quick video is great for beginners because it teaches how to do 18 basic yoga poses correctly.
I remember when I started my yoga journey at home I had no idea about any of the terminology or positions. I researched online to get a general understanding of what I should be doing but even then I was overwhelmed with information. I had no idea if I was posing or stretching the right way and unfortunately, a few bad habits kicked in early.
I like this video because the experienced instructor does an excellent job of explaining the correct alignment for each asana and what to be mindful of, in order to reduce the risk of injury.
Avoid creating bad posture habits, by getting it right the first time.

I’ve listed all the poses she covers in order, as well as a time stamp in case you want to skip straight to a particular one. The Sanskrit name is shown in (purple).
